Not your average “craft” experience

Ladies and gentlemen, we have a problem. In a rapidly changing world, we are looking for something that is authentic, high quality, and ethically crafted by hand. Whisky is no different and what we are being offered is by and large a surface imitation of what we want- until now.

Our whisky is made with a few simple ingredients: corn, water, wheat, barley, yeast, and hickory. Out of the hillside comes the water that my family drinks and what we make our spirits with. Just a few miles down the road is where we get the corn from and the rest of the ingredients, save the malt is within a short drive. The process is slow, but in our lightening speed society, maybe this is a good thing.
